    The manager Gary stopped me putting no stars zero he sorted the issues out the following week
    I was told to collect my new car at 9am Saturday it wasn’t on site until 11am having been taken to the local car wash I was told they couldn’t valet it as were moving sites
    The car was dirty streaky marks inside and out footwells full of pebbles and mud
    I asked Gary the manager to look as I’m upset and unhappy he said I don’t need to see it I’ve seen already and it’s not good enough
    I’d already given my PIN number and paid my deposit it was the first thing asked for when I arrived even though the car wasn’t even there so I was tied into the deal legally
    I got home used the car in the day and when my carer left in the evening he noticed the car had different number plates on that’s so upsetting and I’m still anxious now knowing I could have lost my new license if police seen
    I couldn’t pick my kids up Sunday because of the plates and have badly let them down
    They were changed Monday but I had to ask for it to be done for the third time as they cracked it putting it on
    Gary had the car cleaned staygard weds and filled with petrol to say sorry which I appreciate
    It’s been one of the worse experiences I’ve been through made my anxiety worse mental health low it should have been an amazing experience I was looking forward to I’ll never get back

    Handover quite poor, given after arranging a pickup they couldn't give us the vehicle due to them not taxing it in time. Also totally inaccurate delivery time has left us with no charger for over 6 weeks.

    The representative who helped me was Jackie lee. I am new to the moterbilaty scheme and Jackie was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. Jackie kindly showed me and my wife around a car and answered all of our questions and managed to get us a car sooner than the 6 month wait time. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service I receved and would highly recommend. Thankyou for all of your help.

    Absolutely terrible experience!
    At time of booking I informed the lady on the phone that I needed an auto as a courtesy car. She said she would forward this on. Well she didn’t ! They had got a manual for me. I have no power in my left leg so I can’t drive a manual! They said if I stayed and waited it would take no longer than an hour. I was already felling very unwell as struggling with my MS.
    At nearly two hours of waiting I enquired as to the whereabouts ofy car. “He’s just bringing it round” was the reply. Another 30 mins had past so I asked again ! By this time I was feeling incredibly unwell and was unsure if I could even drive home! I had to ask again and said I just need my car and need to go home now!!! It was eventually brought around to me!! Awful experience! For someone who is unwell on motability for a disability it’s unacceptable to be kept waiting that long. I would appreciate a call to explain why this happened! And the girls who take the bookings need to ensure the correct information is related to appropriate department! I won’t be getting another motability vehicle from pentagon!!!
