    Lady on phone was a bit curt when I rang the day before to check something. I waited until 4.45pm to ring as hadn't heard that my car was ready. I was worried that I would not get to the garage in time to pick up the car as lots of road works so didn't put any petrol in car. I used very little and the indicator on the petrol dial hadn't moved. Because I was honest I was charged £25. I could have stopped and put in a few pounds worth but would
    not have got to the garage before closing. Very rigid ruling, not considering the customer at all.
