    Snow was absolutely amazing. An asset to your company. Kind, attentive and extremely conscientious.
    However that can’t be said for everyone on the service desk. There is a girl, unapproachable face and body language, rude and unhelpful.
    I manage a team of 100 staff in the NHS and would be embarrassed to have her as part of my team representing the hospital. You need to employ more people like Snow.

Maisie on customer services was helpful at all times too, a delight to deal with.After the necessary work was carried out our car was returned to us beautifully cleaned inside and out.
