    It has been my pleasure to deal with Stansted Audi since the early 1990s through a succession of Motability Scheme vehicles.

    Throughout that time, my experience with all members of staff has been consistently exceptional—from the friendly and efficient reception team to the professionalism of the sales staff and the high standard of technical expertise in the workshop.

    I very much regret that I now have to move to another dealership, solely as a consequence of a government decision to remove what are described as “luxury” vehicles from those previously available under the scheme. This change in no way reflects my longstanding satisfaction with Stansted Audi, which I have always regarded highly.

    I expected a basic level of professionalism from this garage, but unfortunately, they fell short. The service was riddled with long delays, and at no point was I given any kind of update or status on my order. It felt like I was left completely in the dark.
    What made things worse was their lack of consideration for any additional needs I had — there was no flexibility or understanding. Toward the end, the staff became noticeably pushy and even rude, clearly more focused on hitting their sales targets than providing decent customer service.

    Always so helpful, I needed a new tyre but they needed to sort with motability so they gave me a car til the next morning
