    The reception on arrival was very good.
    I was offered a cup of coffee as it was noticed I was having a difficult morning. The key to my car was collected quickly and the loan car was ready to be handed over.
    The garage kept in touch with me throughout the servicing.
    I got a call to inform me when my car was ready to be collected.

    Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is always very calming and relaxing. Being disabled I wait till my car is ready, a member of staff keeps me informed about when my car will be ready. And they always point out that I can help myself to the drinks available, after making the first one.
