    Problem not solved although assured it had been. This is now 3rd attempt in a year to put right.
    Staff polite and friendly. No care to source a curtesy car although i am a motability customer.

    Snow was absolutely amazing. An asset to your company. Kind, attentive and extremely conscientious.
    However that can’t be said for everyone on the service desk. There is a girl, unapproachable face and body language, rude and unhelpful.
    I manage a team of 100 staff in the NHS and would be embarrassed to have her as part of my team representing the hospital. You need to employ more people like Snow.
