    My mobility vehicle was in for mot any work is usually done to the highest standard but this time the person who collected my van parked it arrowed the road from my house so this made it so hard to get to as I cant walk on opening the van I noticed a part that you use to higher the seat was broken and lying in the footwear so I had a job getting the seat down as it was extended all the way up so I had to call my son to get the seat down I also noticed that the hand brake was completely off he had parked the van in park without the hand brake being engaged I took the van back TO EMG ford in Ely and reported this problem to them the lady who I saw was so nice to me she advised me that she would look in to what had happened and would call me back when the part was in to get fixed
