- Rating 5.0Feb 14, 2023Apon arrival I was met with a warm professional manner which set the standard of my experience, I was introduced to the parts team in a friendly way when they came collect my keys, The young lady on reception came over to enquire if I would like any refreshments while I waited and to keep me updated on the progress of my service, the service team where highly professional and completed the service of my car in a timely manner.this was without a doubt the best experience with a manufacturers dealership I've had in years and would highly recommend Group 1, Mercedes-Benz whole heartedly.
