    Messages from audi prior to service were confusing and caused anxiety as they kept stating what would happen when I got to audi and my car was being collected. Video was inaudible due to fast talking and all the loud surround noises, rear wiper needs replacing but it wasn't done at the time, I phoned after receiving video because I couldn't clearly hear it but phone was not answered. As it is a mobility vehicle I can't understand why the wiper wasn't replaced at the time rather than myself now having g to bring the car in at some point for it to be done.
