    No communication told it would be ready by 5pm had to chase up as wife who was picking up car see it standing outside at 4pm then got told it was then going to be done and all things I had agreed to be done extra didn't get done now air bag warning message keeps coming up after she got half way home not a happy bunny this time

    My dealings with the sales personnel were quite exceptional. Friendly and amazingly helpful although there were manufacturing delays this was explained and appears to be across all of the motor trade. I was nervous about moving to electric but the staff made me feel confident and no matter what I asked everything was explained in a language that I understood.

    There is only one salesman who is motorbility trained and he has yet to learn how to return phone calls and emails. I bet I would have got better service as a cash customer
