    Josh has been amazingly helpful whilst we have been ordering our Motability car. He’s very knowledgable, he told us so much about the different models and their features, furnishing us with enough information to make a really informed choice. When we had narrowed our selection down, with Josh’s much appreciated help, we had a chat about the finer points, when he’d helped us decide, we got to take our chosen car for a no-pressure half hour test drive, completely at our leisure, which really sealed the deal! Josh was not pushy or pressuring at all, merely helpful and offering impartial guidance. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, we’ve had lots of questions and he’s answered them all in his patient, friendly way. He’s been very kind, which is important when dealing with the Motability side of things, unlike some of the experiences we’ve had, making enquiries at other dealerships. He puts you at ease and is really easy to chat to. Our lovely BMW is now ordered and awaiting delivery, thanks to Josh and his super efficient ordering and dealing with everything, the order was placed quickly and with zero fuss. Now we are excitedly awaiting delivery of our car, and the whole experience has been top notch! Nothing but praise for Josh and Listers BMW, thank you!

    The service side of it has been absolutely brilliant very nice friendly helpful people. The only problem is when I purchase the car I wasn’t told much informatio n about it. And I was told the car had this and that, but when I’ve got the car it didn’t have it. apart from everything else okay

    Eventually the service was ok after I was upset by a remarke made by the operative dealing with my mot by saying that I didn't have to pay for it being through I'm on motability!
