    From start to end my experience was very poor. I ordered the car in September 2023, the car was delayed 3 times and I was told 3 different dates of when it would arrive, so in total the car took 6 months. It was at Tilbury port (uk) for a month too. I had no explanation given to me as to why the car was delayed each time, as well as that I had to keep chasing for updates throughout this as I often wouldn’t hear anything from the dealership. Furthermore, every time I chased for some truth I was constantly given different information by different staff members each time. It was very misleading and clearly they do not communicate with each other. I ended up being told I could collect the car on the 28th of February 2024 when it was suppose to be delivered so I took the day off work and told them that to so I could allow for collection as no time was given to me. Got to the day before and I’d had no contact, so I phoned up to be told the car does not have a definite delivery date and was unaware why I had been told the 28th as there’s no way they could know this and even if it was delivered it has a 5 day window before I could collect. This caused me a lot of stress and I ended up losing a days worth of work because of misleading information from the dealership. I ended up going to Hyundai direct and they couldn’t tell me any different information either. Yes the car is here now, but my entire experience has been very shocking and has caused me a lot of stress. I feel very mislead and not very looked after because of this.
