    Extremely great customer service was shown from the employee who dealt with my vehicle inquiry and who also went through the application with me. He provided me with relevant information about the scheme, vehicle and also went the extra mile to support with other inquiries I had. The sale went very smoothly and I was quite impressed with the customer service shown which you don’t see in most working environments, especially in a sales environment. The rest of the staff was very welcoming and were also showing great customer service, by telling me relevant information too.

    I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle, as you’ll be looked after and provided with a service which you’ll be satisfied with.

    Good customer service. As a Motability customer I rely on my car more than most. Have had a bit of a query over a report of dangerously high level of bacteria in my air conditioner. Motability denied authority to rectify this but I am working to resolve this matter.
