The Sales Executive (Gabriella) that was dealing with my application was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
She kept me updated about my car and went over and above to get my car and I to my residence, when I stumbled across a problem. She also provided me with the necessary information to obtain my parking permit, prior to taking the car home.
I also received an after sales email a few days later from her, to find out how I was getting on with my new car.
She is an asset to your company and made my experience one to shout about.
If there was a scoring system in place, I would have given her the highest score of 10/10.
