    Excellent experience. Couldn't ask for more. Key points for me were:
    I was welcomed and dealt with professionally as soon as I arrived.
    I was able to work at VW while I waited (oil service). This is something I not only valued but enjoyed (eg somewhere different).
    Service was completed in the time frame advised which enabled me to carry out what I had planned for my day post service.

    Although the whole process of booking the car was stress free and helpful, once accepted there has been no contact regarding progress on supply of vehicle.
    In my one phone query resulted in reception informing me that the process could take over a year.
    I therefore wish I had not wasted time but had gone to a government recommended site to place the order which may have been a lot more productive
