- Rating 1.0May 24, 2024Second time of trying. Car came out with faults after software update. Staff in waiting area very offensive. Found it very funny and actually laughed when another disabled customer had waited 30 minutes over the 5 minutes they told him. When the just pointed out that it was a long 5 minutes the member of staff just said “yeah” and chuckled. The customer left to resolve the issue himself with the work shop. The 2 members of staff then joked and laughed at the event. Very offensive and unprofessional. We are disabled not stupid
