    On this occasion the mechanics let the whole team down. As a disabled customer my experience has been a very poor one thanks to the mechanics not prioritising the servicing of my vehicle.

    I am not expecting special treatment because of my status but due diligence would have been necessary especially with regards to any parts that were needed for the vehicle. I have had to wait for close to 3 weeks for my car but I am grateful for the courtesy car but not the additional costs for it.

    The administrative staff have been excellent but they are at the mercy of their colleagues carrying out the repairs.

    I have changed my feedback because of the management and the administrative staff. They have treated very well for the past 5 years and do not deserve the 1 star rating but the mechanics need to better communicate how long it will take for each vehicle to be completed. Thanks again for your service over the years, no hard feelings.
