    Service good, but car was going to be delivered back to my house by 5.0pm last Friday, but it didn't turn up until 11.15 Saturday morning, they did let me know but it was inconvenient, apart from that, all problems with the car had been rectified.

    It was rebooked three times before I could get the service then it was a while you wait appointment but was told I had to wait 3 hours that’s not a while you wait??? Feel that motability gets put at the back of the f the queue when it comes to service with Ford
