    It took some 40 mins, & a deal of chasing, to get a courtesy vehicle - all the whilst the keys were on the service desk - one out of 3 staff seemed to be working. + problems with MOT on site again - it can’t be sensible to still only have one qualified person.
    Another, less than satisfactory visit to Lloyds Lakeland.
