    I am a mobility customer and booked a waiting appointment as I don’t live within the “take you home” area and I was told by the lady I booked the appointment with that I would be priorities as Such - after an hour and a half approximately at the dealership I had a wander outside and found my car hadn’t moved since I parked up!! - on enquiring I was told they’d not started it yet and would be another 2 hours!!?? I was upset at this and they did their best to keep it to an additional 11/2 hours - I am glad I had the wander or I’d have been stuck there for hours!! I’m sorry but I feel this is very poor communication and customer care!
