The Motability Scheme offers simple, all-inclusive leasing to anyone receiving a qualifying mobility allowance. You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. You can have up to three named drivers (this doesn't have to be you) and the price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

- Rating 3.0Jul 19, 2023Telephone booking was poor, told i couldn't have a curtesy car as the booking was only an hour so could wait or drop off and return. Upon arrival I was told to wait only to ask after an hour and a half where is my car. The answer was "the car won't be ready today, it is down for 4.5 hours worth of work? Lack of communication and attention as like i said i was told to wait. The car was on the ramp for 25 minutes before anyone came, when he did, he came with a yoghurt pot and a drink and eating it and drinking, whilst doing the MOT. All together it took two hours. 😡 also the coffe machine was broken plus the fridge didn’t even had any soft drinks in. However they still found time to treat me like I was the only person there, from showing me to the hire car, then on returning getting the manager to sit with me even though they were close to closing to go through options I had as a motability customer about how I may still be able to get a Mercedes car when my motability lease comes to an end.
