    Barry, the Motability representative, dealt with us expertly. He took our new car and put petrol in it to make sure we would have enough to get home. In the car he explained the set up of the car and once we were comfortable, we then left, confident in the knowledge we can reach out at any time if we need help. We received first class service.
    We received a phone call a day after picking the car up to check if we were happy with it. As we were very happy with it and the service we received the answer was a resounding “Yes”.

    Absolutely shocking took mobility took book my appointment for me had to wait 5 weeks for that then to find out they haven’t done all the service work and car needs to back in so another 8 weeks wait never deal with them again no stars

    Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. After thorough review with our Service Manager, it has come to our attention that there were several points we would like to address.

    Firstly, we apologize for any confusion regarding the servicing of your vehicle. Upon investigation, we found that the service light was not canceled by our Technician, which led to the misunderstanding. However, we are pleased to inform you that upon inspection by the RAC, it was confirmed that your vehicle had indeed been serviced.

    Regarding the slight oil leak observed, we promptly informed you and assured you that it would require further investigation. Our Master Technician inspected this during the service and determined that it was likely historic, possibly stemming from a previously misplaced oil cap or dipstick. Rest assured, we will closely monitor this during your upcoming appointment on April 2nd.

    We understand your frustration with the initial lead time for booking, and we appreciate your patience. As for the loan car provided, we regret to hear about the accident and any inconvenience it may have caused. We assure you that we will take your feedback into consideration to improve our service offerings in the future.

    Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We look forward to addressing them promptly during your upcoming appointment
