    When I rang to book the service, I asked if the car could be valeted at the same time. Was told there’s only one person in the car cleaning department and it couldn’t be done. Disappointing, as I can’t go to a drive through car wash and vacuum as I’d have to sit somewhere and wait. I mentioned this but, again was told I’d have to go elsewhere for valet. So I paid a mobile valet £50 and he did an excellent job. I’ll know next time the car is in for a service not to even bother asking. No loan car available, so was told I could wait the 2hrs til the service was done. Hate to say but, I’ve noticed such a difference since Mervyn Stewart have taken over this dealership. Customer Service is not the same. I’ve rang numerous times and have got an answering machine saying ‘no one is available to take your call, and you can’t leave a message’. I’m due to change my car in June 2024 and already know I’ll not be getting another car from this dealership.
    I worked for Suzuki in SMW Ladas Drive, Belfast and have always been a big Suzuki fan. Now considering a change as other Suzuki dealerships are further afield.
    All in all car was serviced, my lift had an accident whilst returning me to pick up my car, so we were running late. I rang to make them aware but no answer as it was after 5.00pm. Thankfully we just made it before closing time at 5.30pm, but wonder if I’d have got a call before closing time, if I hadn’t.
    Nice gentleman at the Service Desk searched for my key and paperwork but couldn’t find it. He rang the guy who had been on the desk initially on his mobile and eventually found my key.
    This man was very pleasant and even taped the front quarter panel of the car my friend had had the accident in. He only identified himself as ‘No 10’.
    It’s the little extras that go a long way in keeping customers. Sadly this won’t be enough to bring me back next year.
