    Whether it was the ease of booking via telephone, the complimentary collection and delivery of my car after it was serviced, or the complimentary video made by the mechanic....everyone and everything was done very professionally and politely.

    What impressed me above all else, was the warm, friendly and accommodating manner in which the staff operated.
