The Park's Toyota Team - Rating 2.0Mar 10, 2025On arrival the staff were courteous and talked me through their job card including a second attempt to repair the heated seats and as to what I should expect during the day. I was then taken to the Courtesy car which was a disgrace not only filthy inside and out, but there was rubbish within the car from whoever had used it last. I received a call that afternoon to advise my car was ready for collection and I duly came in to collect. I asked about the heated seats and was advised that they were working as expected, I find this hard to accept given when on full heat/power you cannot feel any warmth, but it’s not as if I can I ask for a second opinion is it. Finally given a prior poor service clean I was assured by the Service Manager that this was a one off, the car was wet as if a hose had been sprayed onto it, of note it was a dry day, I do accept the interior had been cleaned.Response from Park's Toyota AberdeenMar 10, 2025Hi Anthony,

The Park's Toyota Team - Rating 3.0Oct 3, 2023Unfortunately the handover was not a good experience. I was constantly told that they were waiting for paperwork from Toyota so I could pick up the car. I was also told that they were not able to chase it up so had to wait.
It was not until I had had enough and asked to see the manager, who spent a long time to investigate it, that I was told Toyota had not received it due to an error.
I don't want to blame anyone and it seems they have learnt through this situation but it did high light the complicated process which, at the end of the day, effects the person with disabilities. A month was a long time to have to wait for my car. The manager did spend a longvtime to investigate it and only took a week once it was sorted.The salesman seemed to do his best under the situation but I can not believe that things cannot be chased up, if it was possible, I am sure the wait would have been shorter.
