    Unfortunately the handover was not a good experience. I was constantly told that they were waiting for paperwork from Toyota so I could pick up the car. I was also told that they were not able to chase it up so had to wait.
    It was not until I had had enough and asked to see the manager, who spent a long time to investigate it, that I was told Toyota had not received it due to an error.
    I don't want to blame anyone and it seems they have learnt through this situation but it did high light the complicated process which, at the end of the day, effects the person with disabilities. A month was a long time to have to wait for my car. The manager did spend a longvtime to investigate it and only took a week once it was sorted.The salesman seemed to do his best under the situation but I can not believe that things cannot be chased up, if it was possible, I am sure the wait would have been shorter. I would use Parks again but not sure I would deal with Toyota again.

    Had a great experience at Parks,Friendly but not at all pushy. Was shown available cars, different specifications were explained. Necessary paperwork done. Awaiting car

    Was dealt with a very knowledgeable & friendly salesman at Parks. Not only did he have a thorough knowledge of available models, he was very well versed in the sometimes complicated schemes, from Social Security (Scotland). Also, he was quite funny & the whole process from start-to- finish, was seamless!
