    Everything went smoothly ,the only negative I have is the courtesy car the provided was not clean both inside and out , but apart from that I have no complaints

    On arrival the staff were courteous and talked me through their job card including a second attempt to repair the heated seats and as to what I should expect during the day. I was then taken to the Courtesy car which was a disgrace not only filthy inside and out, but there was rubbish within the car from whoever had used it last. I received a call that afternoon to advise my car was ready for collection and I duly came in to collect. I asked about the heated seats and was advised that they were working as expected, I find this hard to accept given when on full heat/power you cannot feel any warmth, but it’s not as if I can I ask for a second opinion is it. Finally given a prior poor service clean I was assured by the Service Manager that this was a one off, the car was wet as if a hose had been sprayed onto it, of note it was a dry day, I do accept the interior had been cleaned.
