- Rating 5.0Apr 26, 2022The car I ordered through Arnold Clark Linwood (Toyota CHR Sport Leather) as was clearly on the order documentation, was delivered without leather seats !!!
I was absolutely disappointed and my wife was distraught. Every car we have had in the past has been delivered exactly as ordered WITH leather upholstery.
I have taken possession of the car with a great deal of reluctance as my previous car had been returned. Otherwise I would have been left with no means of transport.
This was no fault of our customer agent at Linwood. However, this was an appallingly experience for both my wife and myself.
I want you to get to the bottom of this, find out who was responsible for this shocking error within Arnold Clark, and report back to me by 1st May before I take this embarrassing experience to the top of the company.
Also, I would like to replace my car with another car as per the original specification.
I look forward to an early response.
