    Terrible service. Took my car for 7 days, leaving me stranded for that time. Missed family birthday etc. they only put my car through its MOT on the last day. I called and mostly be cut off. But the calls I did get through on told me they’d phone back later when the had an update from the service mechanics. They were advised for a month that I had a product recall and to have the pin needed and ordered. That I needed the ratchet replaced on the passengers arm rest. I was advised two days. But was left with no contact as they left my car waiting for it’s MOT the following week.
    Is it because I’m not a large fleet company needed my vans serviced. But I felt they didn’t bother until I kept phoning and demanding that I needed my van. I was even asked after they had it 5 days, did I want it back and rebook it in later!!😡
    This same company messed up the collection of the first booking as they wanted me to pay £40 to drive my car to their garage!!! When you already know it’s part of the f the pick up and drop off you have a contract with Motability!
    You advised 2 days. Not 7! I was left unable to go to take my son to hospital. And totally cut off as no public transport available for my large medically adapted power chair.
