    From the very first interaction Barnetts have been fabulous. Jamie's initial email was friendly and gave me all the info I needed. I was able to make an appointment for that day to see Kerr who is a wee gem. I loved the welcome video I was sent which was clearly made specifically for me and not a standard message sent out to everyone.
