    As always my service rep was cheerful and helpful made sure I knew were the tea and coffee biscuits etc , she came back several times to check on me while I waited. When the car was finished she explained in detail the process and made sure I understood everything.

    Even though I had a 10.30am appointment I never got seen till after 11am and not with the person who the appointment was with after I said I was leaving a nice man took my order for my new car he’s was very polite and apologised.

    Picked up new vehicle and got home to find aerial had pulled out the roof. Called the dealership to inform them pulled out and water can get into vehicle roof and the dealership show no concern or urgency. Called 4 times yesterday and twice today and nothing resolved. The worst experience had picking up a new vehicle
