    Terrible terrible service. I was not kept informed of progress with my order. Repeated instances of calls and emails being ignored and finally when I collected the car I was hit with an additional cost of £300 with no advance warning. To compound the points above I received an email from the Branch effectively absolving themselves of any wrong doing. Ridiculous!!

    Very friendly, always happy to help whenever I called, though someone on their staff was not passing information correctly which lead to many times where I’d been offered a call back about my cars delivery status and nobody called me back.
