Claire made the transition of from ordering & collecting my new to returning my old car an easy stress less experience from start to finish. I was always made to feel extremely welcome as they were always willing to help in any way they could. On the day I arrived to collect my new car I was made to feel extremely special when we entered the showroom and the unveiled my new car for me (something I’ve never experienced before in all the years I’ve been in the mobility cars scheme and believe me it’s been a lot).
