    Callum was so helpful, efficient and friendly through all the stages of getting my new car. He helped talk through the process, kept in contact to let me know the status, answered any questions I had promptly. I particularly liked that he told me when he’d next check the status and called me whenever he said he would, even if it was just to tell me there’s no change. It made me feel in the loop with when to expect my car. He was very knowledgable about the Motability scheme and helped me understand how it worked. When I received my car, he talked me through everything O needed to know. He showed me how to use the Sat Nav, Apple play etc. He also showed me and explained the new features like lane assist and the cruise control. I feel confident using all the features in the car and making the most of what it has to offer. 10/10 service!

    Twice now I requested a replacement car & both times there was no car. I have had to be dropped off in the town Centre for +- 4 hours, not great forcing one to go and sit in a coffee shop & spend unnecessary monies, where had I been given a replacement car as planned I would have gone to visit with my daughter as planned. Not good customer service
    They state that your car would be washed & vacuumed that dose not happen. Not that my car is filthy as it’s not.
