    My overall experience was very very good Christina Tufft went above and beyond to obtain a car for me. My own car was not in my budget to get repaired and I decided on joining the motorbility scheme and as I needed a car immediately Christina found the only electric car available and immediately and got it transported to Brighton for me to collect. I am very thankful to Christina for her ongoing support and advice. A huge thank you to her and the team.

    Christina was incredible! Right from my first visit, she made me feel special. Even though I was getting a car on mobility and so not me paying for it, per say, she didn’t treat me any differently. She kept me informed at all times about what was happening with the car yet respected my wishes of how to be contacted, too. I wouldn’t have bought so soon had it not been for her. Thoroughly recommend her, personally, should you want to buy anything from Mini. Excellent customer service which goes above and beyond to make you feel special, safe, heard and comfortable.
