    It took the 2 Days to do my Service instead of doing it one day. I didn’t get any phone calls to say that it hadn’t been done nor about Mercedes’ servicing department to say they were keeping my car overnight. I had to keep phoning towards the last hour of their opening hours to see what was going on but had to end up going down the following morning to chase them up about my car. They ended up phoning me towards the end their day to go and collect my car. The Servicing Valeting that I was told was including had NOT been done. I’m very disappointed.

    I would like to know what had been done to the car as I got no paperwork telling me. Also my car keys were not working all the time and I don’t know if anything was done to them either

    Was told to drop and wait an hour at 12pm, collected car after 3 hours waiting! Chap dealing with my car went lunch when car was ready apparently, for a Mercedes dealer it was a poor performance!
