- Rating 3.0Apr 20, 2023The service that I got was brilliant, except for the communication. They kept my car for 2 nights but only told me about the first night they would be keeping it. The second day I waited for a phone call from them until I called them at 5.30 to be told they was going to be keeping it overnight again. It left me with no transport to take my daughter to and from school/college. I had to pay to arrange transport. When I called them the gentleman I spoke to didn't seem bothered by the issue. Apart from that, no problems at all
