    Dealership is not wheelchair accessible, staff seem very awkward when dealing with disabled customers. This is my second visit , on my first when attending alone I fell out of my wheelchair due to the step into reception. I was informed the issue would be looked at and a change made for safety. On this second visit I had someone accompany me, no changes made and luckily I had help to get me into reception safely. Although staff let us go through the workshop which is flat access to get out. This is not ideal and a portable ramp would be better option and quite simple to implement.
