    My experience at kia high wycombe was deeply frustrating. The salesperson was pushy and dismissive, creating a very uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing environment. I was pressured to make decisions quickly, wasn’t offered a proper test drive, and felt that the focus was entirely on closing the sale rather than helping me find the right car.

    To make matters worse, at the end I was told to “give at least nine out of ten stars” so the salesperson could get his commission — completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I expected a customer-focused experience from Kia, but this was anything but.
