I can highly recommend Eden Hyundai (High Wycombe).
The level of knowledge about both the vehicle and the Motability Scheme from the Sales Advisor and Motability Specialist (Hassan Elumairi) was excellent.
We were made to feel welcome upon entering the Hyundai dealership in High Wycombe even though we did not have an appointment.
Hassan Elumairi greeted me and my brother and made us feel very welcome.
He had excellent knowledge about the vehicle (Hyundai Ionic 5) and was able to answer dozens and dozens of questions (as we had done our research in advance...).
Hassan's knowledge of the Motability Scheme was equally excellent and very good.
After a test drive and further research we decided to place our order under the Motability Scheme for the Hyundai Ionic 5.
We collected our new vehicle last week and the handover was great and went smoothly.
Overall we are very happy with Eden Hyundai (High Wycombe) and in particular the excellent and professional customer service and care and support provided by Hassan Elumairi.
I highly recommend them.
