From the first moment way back last Aug/Sept’22 when I first started the process of test drives, onto November when I was finally permitted to order my new Mini after a previous vehicle (not a Mini) through the scheme was written off in an accident, these two have been top-notch every step of the way. I’m one of those detail orientated people who asks more questions than the average and my husband is equally challenging because he asks just as many questions on my behalf, so these two had a run for their money for sure. James kept me informed every step of the way by phone and email and the handover experience was just as seamless. Super excited to be in the Electric Mini Club!
