- Rating 3.0Aug 25, 2023The staff was nice, but the car was late to go in which sometimes in normal. I did get told I would get a phone call after 2 to pick up the car but at 11.30 it was ready and had to delay the day plans. Then when we picked the car up we drove it to get petrol and then the car wouldn’t start for 30 minutes. I rang the garage explaining what has just happened and she told me they don’t do recovery service which is fine but then we kind of giggled and said thank you for letting us know……..
- Rating 1.0Aug 11, 2023I took my car in at 8.00 i asked if I could have a curtesy car he asked if had asked for one I said no which he replied that could not have one did not think to ask for one thought having mobility issues that would have a curtesy car since they lost the mobility dealer ship they don't seem to botherd
