- Rating 5.0Jan 13, 2025I entered Snow's showroom on 30/12/2024. My salesman was Nash Eastwood. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome and relaxed.
I inquired about a mobility car for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, as I was expecting to be there for a long time filling out forms and answering questions. I was wrong. The whole process was simple. Nash asked if I had a car in mind, and I pointed out the black Corsa behind me. I was invited to sit in the car; Nash was in the passenger seat explaining everything about the car to me. I was shown all the ins and outs of the car, shown the boot space, and asked if there was enough room and if I needed any adaptations added for my daughter's disability.
Then the test drive , as soon as i test drve the car my mind was made up , that was the car for me to take my daughter to & from Places.
Nash explained everything about the car to me & fuel consumption .
We then ordered the car , it was explained to me that it could be three months for the car to be avalible but Nash checked the chassey number & I explained the car was the top-of-the-range model, and if it was not already sold, I could have that one.
It was available, so Nash put it down as mine. After the computer forms were done, I was explained the lease agreements.
I I had a call a week later to tell me the car would be ready to collect on 10/01/2025. I was taken to the car by Nash, who had set up the car system for me, and I was shown everything inside.
The car had half a tank of fuel, and it was ready to go.
The whole process from start to finish was a breeze, and I was served with a smile throughout.
Nothing was a problem any The question and query were answered with ease. Nash certainly knows his job and did it well. I would highly recommend Snows and definitely Nash, a top salesman who went above and beyond without being too pushy.
