    We are very thankful for the excellent customer service we received from Trustford Kingston motability, through Daniel Mclernon. He has been very helpful from the first day until yesterday when we received the car, which is 8 to 9 months ago.
    He was constantly updating us about the delay we had experienced.
    After receiving the car , he explained everything about the car and also assured us that if we have any concerns in the near future, we are free to contact him. We have never had such experience in the past with the motability specialists.

    I gave this mark as it’s probably a motorbility issue. Why do I have to have a MOT done via the main dealer. Why could it not be done via a local testing station

    Stressful! No red cars, well no cars til November. At least £600 pounds deposit required. As a disabled person on benefit in these inflation riden days, covid post brexit times no way to pay that. Institutionalised Disability Oppression as ususal. Attended with my daughter you need female workers there, its so macho boys with their toys its embarassing. Employ some females. Maybe the adviser could have suggested there may be a grant from Motability at the beginning of the consultation not at the end. Well you did ask.
