However the distribution team were very unprofessional and made the process very nerve racking and hard due to giving false derlery dates and not being honest with their information leaving us not knowing where the car was or what to do about our current vehicle at the time due to it needed work done and our finances were used up in the mobility car, also the call I made to enquire about my vehicle cost me over £10:00 all because I was not given correct information, however the lady Angela I believe who delt with my call was very professional and very reassuring and came through with the assistance she ensured she would give me.
