    Very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable guided us through the whole process Justin was and is a very good at his job very friendly but also very-professional.
    However the distribution team were very unprofessional and made the process very nerve racking and hard due to giving false derlery dates and not being honest with their information leaving us not knowing where the car was or what to do about our current vehicle at the time due to it needed work done and our finances were used up in the mobility car, also the call I made to enquire about my vehicle cost me over £10:00 all because I was not given correct information, however the lady Angela I believe who delt with my call was very professional and very reassuring and came through with the assistance she ensured she would give me. And again Justin heyward was extremely helpful and helped me find the correct people to answer my questions and rectify the issue

    At the beginning of when I was supposed to recieve the car there wasn't much communication until I complained Justin would give me a ring every other day about updates about the car. Justin was very good at going through all the buttons in the car and what they are used for
