    First time I had booked in for service under the scheme and felt quite hijacked. Arrived to find courtesy car insurance was £1,000 excess or £10 for £500. Then had to put petrol in courtesy car just to drive home and back when pick up and delivery would have only been £20. Won’t be doing that again and I feel that could have all been made clear prior to booking. Too late when you are already dropping off your car.

    I wasn't very Impressed. I am pretty sure I chose not to have the car cleaned. The car was immaculate amoung arrival. When I returned it was somehow cleaned dirtier. Smears on the side, and none of the between doors and boot seals were dried after being cleaned. Also the inside was in perfect condition but somehow I ended up with dirty marks from the hoover nozzle over the back of my seats. Also I have had an issue with the auto stop start not working. I had this listed and although I appreciate this was a service it was not mentioned anymore. I get ultimately it is your car. I am doing my best to treat the car with as much care as possible but why should I bother if I feel like no one gives a damn! It also appears that I have not been emailed the video of the car inspection. I don't have the best of life set out for me going forward and a Mobilitly vehicle with a brand I have loved my whole life was a chance to experiance the best we could afford from the VW brand. Sad to say I probably won't miss it as we are priced out of continuing with you going forward. But I will hopefully feel listened to and valued as a customer with a lesser brand.
