He communicated well, was very friendly and at no point did I feel confused by what was being said.
It was a very emotional time for me as I have just recently lost my dad.
When we were viewing my car he gave me time to just sit there and enjoy it as I was emotional and overwhelmed.
I feel so lucky and fortunate to have this opportunity and now I now have an amazing car after 4 years of not having one.
