    He made myself and my friend feel so welcome from our first meeting and at ease the whole time we were there.
    He communicated well, was very friendly and at no point did I feel confused by what was being said.
    It was a very emotional time for me as I have just recently lost my dad.
    When we were viewing my car he gave me time to just sit there and enjoy it as I was emotional and overwhelmed.
