    The customer service at best was acceptable. Arranged pickup clearly forgot and left me and wife waiting for 25 minutes in city, despite being located only 10 minutes away and knowing i had to be back for respite support, no apologies, just excuses. Then when I returned to service desk to collect car, nobody there, despite a clear team meeting going on and people seeing us standing and waiting. For a main dealer the experience was poor.
