    Poor communication and misleading info on collecting car for service and we had one and a half hour journey one way just for a service misinformed when purchasing the car if known wouldn’t have bought the car so far away

    Brilliant handover with Kieran, explained everything very well. As I have mobility issues he moved the car so I could gain better access which was much appreciated

    Some mistakes were made with the initial order, having a change of salesman halfway through didn’t help either. There were mistakes made with the up front payment even on the day of collection. Kieran has been friendly and efficient. However, we are disappointed that we have to spend out money to provide our own car mats in the vehicle, the mat locator lugs sitting proud and looking unfinished. We have not had a car through the scheme before that has not come complete and including car mats.
    The only other time that we had a problem with ordering a Motability vehicle strangely enough was a Ford C Max ordered from Vospers Exeter about 12 years ago… the problems were outlined to Martin the initial salesman who assured us that things had much improved!!!
