    Simon was very helpful however I was assured the model I ordered had all my requirements one being heated seats & i have taken delivery & it hasn’t as model features have changed without notifying me. Disappointed.

    Simon in Citroen was charming and confident in his dealership with in the mobility scheme, I was made to feel extremely greatful as it's all knew and very daunting especially with anxiety, I was made to feel comfortable and more importantly listen to my needs of mobility he was very perfesional caring and helpful and confident in helping me make the right decisions.     Shaun at the Taunton branch was amazing helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Motorbility is new to me and Shaun took time to put me at ease and make the process of choosing and ordering my new car very easy. Shaun sent me a video clip he had made of my new car prior to collection which I can refer to. When collecting my new car Shaun went through the operational aspects and set everything up for me. I love my new car and driving it has already boosted my confidence. I can highly recommend this agent and this branch.

    Although I requested that the seat wasn't adjusted and this was written on the job sheet and highlit it was still moved
    This has happened every time I've taken the vehicle in for work.
