    A bit mixed. Servicing is great. Staff are great but the odd hiccup. Booked in this time for my 2nd service and was told the car part I've been waiting on for months was in stock and would be fitted but no-one has told me! It's been an issue since February and only resolved in late September! Previously I waited a month for an appointment as need an automatic courtesy car and when I turned upthey didn't have one so I sat at the dealership for 6 hours whilst they looked for the fault. Then they ordered the zring part so after waiting months for it and getting booked in I had to wait a couple more months for the part that was fitted at the service. I had to keep having the rac out as the battery saver kept kicking in and I had to keep resetting the car every time I went out to it as the doors wouldn't unlock. That was eventually solved by the rac who removed the broken electronic parking brake switch which was causing the drain. But between February and Augustand July I had battery draining and between February and September 27th I had no handbrake and had to use auto hold and then turn off engine for the brakes to lock. It was very frustrating and didn't make having the car enjoyable as I struggled to remove the door handle to access the keyhole and ended up leaving it off for the most part as I couldn't stand up that long, bend to fing the hole to pop the handle and catch the handle as it popped off. I st the start was using a crutch so had to do it all I've handed and the s walking frame meaning I couldn't put it away before getting to the driver's door and made for difficult manoeuvring around some parking spaces I absolutely love driving the car but this year's it's been difficult!
