The Motability Scheme Team - Rating 5.0Sep 15, 2025We felt we had plenty of time when looking at cars trying to make a decision. Sam was very helpful we were not rushed and able to ask any questions. We did decide on an ioniq 5 but there was no pressure to make a decision there and then.
Sam guided us through the paperwork and kept us up to date on progress with our order. We were pleasantly surprised to find our car arrived ahead of the estimated delivery time.
The hand over went very smoothly with plenty of time for questions and making sure we were happy and confident with the controls.
Sam assured us that we could phone or go in if there were any more questions we had in future.
We also received courtesy calls to check in and ensure we were happy.

Howards Hyundai Yeovil - Rating 5.0Jun 20, 2025The sales staff at Howard’s Hyundai were attentive, informative and very patient, particularly Leo Humphrey and Thomas Bieda.
Unfortunately the original collection day had to be postponed by a week. However, we were provided a demo Tucson for a week until our new car was ready for collection. This actually proved to be advantageous as it gave my husband stress free time to learn how the hybrid works and drives. It is a bit like living in the future as the Tucson is jammed pack with loads of magical technologies. But it takes time to learn.
On the day, Leo, was absolutely lovely. As this was our first Motability car, a bit of hand-holding throughout the process and paperwork was gratifying. He then introduced us to our new Tucson Hybrid, which was fully charged with a 1/4 tank of petrol. Leo then patiently explained and demo many of the inner workings.
